Zero tolerance. Nasaa is an adults-only service. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation, trafficking, and sexual contact involving a minor are prohibited.

Service identity and contact

Buy Direct Auto Broker Inc. operates Nasaa and publishes it on Google Play under DirectAutos. This policy applies to accounts, profiles, messages, media, one-to-one calls, reports, moderation, support, and the public page at lerasi.com/nasaa.

The named child-safety contact is Andrea. Andrea can coordinate safety review, enforcement, lawful reporting, and escalation through the contact channel below.

Adults-only rule

Only users aged 18 or older may create or use a Nasaa account. We may use an age declaration, account history, region, device signal, reports, or proportionate verification to enforce the boundary. No control can guarantee that every person is truthful or that every attempted minor access is prevented.

We may restrict, suspend, or close a suspected underage account, request appropriate evidence, preserve limited safety records, block repeat attempts, and cooperate with competent authorities.

Definitions

CSAE is conduct or content that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, traffics, solicits, or targets a child. CSAM is visual, written, audio, or other material depicting or facilitating the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child. Requests, offers, links, attempts, storage, and instructions involving such material are serious violations even if no file is successfully sent.

For this policy, a child is a person under 18, subject to any broader definition required by applicable law.

Prohibited behavior

  • Creating, requesting, possessing, obtaining, sharing, selling, or distributing CSAM.
  • Grooming, sextortion, sexualized conversation, sexual solicitation, or a sexualized call involving a minor.
  • Asking a child to move off-platform, hide contact, send intimate material, keep a secret, or meet offline.
  • Coercing, trafficking, bribing, threatening, blackmailing, or impersonating someone to reach or exploit a child.
  • Uploading or linking to material that sexualizes a child, regardless of a claim that it is fictional or consensual.
  • Helping another account evade an age restriction, report, block, investigation, or enforcement decision.

How to report safely

Use Nasaa’s available in-app report tool on the relevant profile, message, media item, or call context. Use block and call-end controls to stop contact. Provide the account identifier, approximate time, what happened, and details that help locate the material.

Do not download, copy, forward, repost, or email suspected CSAM. Reports may also be sent to maryannmontg38@gmail.com with the subject “Nasaa child safety report,” without illegal attachments.

Immediate danger: contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority first. Nasaa is not an emergency-response service.

Review and enforcement

  1. Reports are assessed for urgency; we may restrict access, end a call, or hide material while review is pending.
  2. Authorized reviewers may examine relevant account, content, report, call-metadata, device, and security context.
  3. Where appropriate, we remove content, restrict features, close accounts, prevent repeat registration, preserve evidence, and report to a competent authority or qualified safety organization.
  4. An appeal or correction route may be provided where safe and operationally available. Access need not be restored while a serious risk remains.

We do not promise immediate review or a particular result. Cooperation and disclosure follow applicable law, location, evidence, and the safety risk.

External official resources

In the United States, the NCMEC CyberTipline is an external official reporting website operated by NCMEC, not Nasaa. Reporting channels vary by country, and Nasaa does not claim that every report is sent to one organization.

We may contact the authority or qualified safety organization required or permitted by applicable law.

Privacy and evidence

The Privacy Policy explains how account, content, call metadata, device, report, security, and retention information may be processed. Relevant information may be disclosed to law enforcement, courts, child-protection agencies, qualified safety organizations, or service providers when legally required or reasonably necessary to address serious harm. Notice may be delayed where it could endanger a child, compromise an investigation, or violate law.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as Nasaa, safety practices, or applicable requirements change. Do not send illegal material to the contact address.
