Who is responsible

Buy Direct Auto Broker Inc. operates Nasaa and publishes it on Google Play under the developer name DirectAutos. This Privacy Policy covers the Nasaa Android app, support, account administration, moderation, and the policy pages at lerasi.com/nasaa. Where applicable law uses the term controller, Buy Direct Auto Broker Inc. is the responsible organization.

Adult eligibility

Nasaa is intended only for people aged 18 and older. We may process an age declaration, date-of-birth response, region, account history, and limited verification signals to enforce this rule and investigate suspected underage access. A person under 18 must not register or use Nasaa.

If minor access is reasonably suspected, we may restrict the account, request proportionate verification, preserve necessary safety evidence, close the account, and cooperate with an appropriate authority. No age gate guarantees that every user supplies truthful information.

Information we handle

Account and profile

Depending on available sign-in methods and your choices, information may include an account ID, email address or phone number, authentication and recovery details, display name, age declaration, language, region, profile image, biography, interests, preferences, and settings.

Content and communication

We process profile material, text, photos, videos, voice messages, support correspondence, reports, appeals, and content you choose to provide. Live audio or video must be technically processed during a one-to-one call. We may also process participant identifiers, start and end times, duration, connection events, quality data, and diagnostic signals.

Technical and commercial information

We and providers acting for us may process IP address, app-instance or device identifiers, model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, network type, access times, feature activity, approximate location inferred from IP, crash details, diagnostics, fraud signals, blocks, and enforcement events.

Where advertising is enabled and lawful, Advertising ID, limited device details, approximate location, and ad interactions may support contextual or personalized advertising, frequency limits, fraud controls, and measurement. Google Play processes payment credentials. We may receive transaction, product, price, currency, entitlement, purchase, and refund status, but not your complete card number.

Android permissions

Permissions are requested in context. You may refuse or revoke them in Android settings, although the related function may stop working.

Nasaa does not use camera or microphone content to select advertising and does not intentionally activate either sensor unless you choose a feature requiring it.

Uses and legal bases

• create, authenticate, recover, maintain, and secure accounts;
• provide profiles, discovery, text, selected media, voice messages, and one-to-one calls;
• deliver purchases and account-linked entitlements;
• operate recommendations, analytics, and advertising where permitted;
• diagnose failures and improve reliability;
• detect scams, fraud, harassment, exploitation, illegal content, and security threats;
• review reports and appeals and enforce our Terms and Child Safety Policy; and
• meet legal duties, preserve evidence, and defend claims.

Depending on your location and the activity, the legal basis may be contract performance, consent, legitimate interests in operating and protecting Nasaa, compliance with law, or vital interests.

Sharing and cross-border processing

Relevant information may be disclosed to a user you choose to interact with; providers for hosting, authentication, communications, moderation, analytics, support, security, and fraud prevention; Google Play and payment partners; advertising and measurement partners where enabled; authorities or qualified safety organizations where law or serious risk requires; and a successor in a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws may classify certain advertising disclosures as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Nasaa may process information across borders; recognized transfer safeguards are used where required.

Retention, security, and deletion

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, account status, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, controlled backup cycles, and legal obligations. Transaction and accounting records remain for the applicable statutory period. Safety and enforcement records may remain while needed to prevent repeat abuse or resolve a matter. De-identified information may be retained when it no longer reasonably identifies a person.

We use safeguards designed for the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, logging, monitoring, provider review, and incident response. No online service can promise absolute security. The Account Deletion page explains in-app and email request routes.

Your controls and children

You can edit available profile settings, revoke Android permissions, reset Advertising ID through device settings, report or block another user, and request deletion. Depending on local law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, obtain portability, withdraw consent, opt out of qualifying advertising disclosures, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy authority.

Nasaa is not directed to children and does not permit accounts for people under 18. The Child Safety Policy publishes standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Changes and contact

We may revise this Policy as Nasaa, its providers, safety practices, or applicable law changes. The current version displays its effective date, and additional notice will be provided for material changes where required.
