Service and operator

Nasaa is operated by Buy Direct Auto Broker Inc. and distributed on Google Play under DirectAutos. It may provide profiles, discovery, text, selected media, voice messages, one-to-one audio and video calls, support, moderation, and related pages at lerasi.com/nasaa. A feature is part of the service only when it is available in your current version.

Adult eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, legally able to accept these Terms, and permitted to use Nasaa where you live. Do not use Nasaa if you are under 18 or if we removed you for a serious safety violation without authorizing your return.

Provide accurate account and profile details. Do not impersonate another person, misstate age, operate deceptive accounts, or evade restrictions. Protect your sign-in method, device, and verification codes, and promptly report unauthorized access.

Communication and consent

Nasaa may let you browse profiles, exchange text and selected media, send voice messages, and join one-to-one audio or video calls. You decide whether to enable camera or microphone access. You must have the rights and legally required consent to transmit, record, copy, or share another person’s image, voice, or private communication.

A recipient may preserve communications using tools outside Nasaa. We do not guarantee that another user is who they claim, will answer, will act safely, or will keep a communication private.

Your content and license

You keep ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant Buy Direct Auto Broker Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce for technical delivery, display to your selected audience, moderate, secure, and process that content as needed to operate, protect, and improve Nasaa, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. Ordinary use of this license ends after deletion, subject to backups, safety evidence, disputes, and legal retention.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and that your content is lawful. Nasaa does not endorse user content or verify every profile.

Prohibited conduct

• No child sexual abuse and exploitation, CSAM, grooming, sexual solicitation involving a minor, or attempts to obtain such material.
• No threats, stalking, harassment, hate-based abuse, coercion, trafficking, blackmail, or non-consensual intimate content.
• No scams, impersonation, spam, malicious links, credential theft, deceptive payments, or fraud.
• No unlawful pornography, extremist content, serious wrongdoing instructions, or intellectual-property infringement.
• No doxxing, privacy violations, unauthorized recording, scraping, malware, reverse engineering, or bypassing controls.
• No account for a person under 18 or assistance in evading age or enforcement restrictions.

Reports, moderation, and appeals

Use available report, block, and call-end controls for harmful conduct. We may review relevant account, content, communication, call-metadata, device, and security context; remove or limit content; restrict features; suspend; or terminate an account. Evidence may be preserved and disclosed to an authority or qualified safety organization when required or reasonably necessary.

If an appeal route is provided, follow it and include relevant context. We do not promise a particular review time or result.

Purchases and advertising

Nasaa may display advertising where enabled and permitted. Digital items, credits, paid features, or subscriptions may be offered through Google Play only as identified at checkout. Google Play processes payment credentials and applies its terms, tax, cancellation, and refund rules. We may receive transaction and entitlement details but not your full card number.

Unless checkout states otherwise, digital items are account-bound, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside Nasaa. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription; use Google Play subscription controls.

Privacy, intellectual property, and third parties

The Privacy Policy explains information practices. The Child Safety Policy establishes CSAE and CSAM standards. Google Play and independent providers may have separate terms. Nasaa’s software, design, marks, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Buy Direct Auto Broker Inc.

Availability, termination, and liability

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue a feature for maintenance, safety, legal, operational, or security reasons. We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect users, investigate fraud, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Use the Account Deletion page to request permanent deletion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nasaa is provided “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, user identity, user conduct, or a particular outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Buy Direct Auto Broker Inc. and DirectAutos are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that law does not allow us to exclude.

Updates and contact

We may revise these Terms as Nasaa, safety practices, or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version; additional notice or renewed acceptance will be provided where required.
